This eye balm is fragrance free, dermatologically and ophthalmologically tested, and works to enhance cell renewal. It is enriched with toning wheat peptides, stimulating ivy and ruscus extracts, shea butter and has anti-aging benefits for puffy eyes, dark circles and eye wrinkles. Although, some reviews I have looked at say that it doesn’t work as well for them on their dark circles. The elements of moisture will more likely help with the beginning marks of crows feet or to prevent wrinkles.
